Then City of Glasgow Gymnastics Club needs you!
We are looking to grow the coaching team in the Acrobatic Gymnastics programme with hard-working, dedicated and driven coaches who can help take the gymnasts forward to meet their performance objectives.
We have roles working with the competitive groups where the coach will take on leadership during competitions and in the preparation for these. Someone with an Acrobatics Level 2 (or a willingness to achieve this within a year) is required to support the lead coach in planning and preparation for long term development onto the FIG pathway.
We also have roles working with the development age groups where a focus on developing gymnasts physically and mentally as strong individuals is the aim. For these groups, the coach needs to have experience of coaching gymnastics with at least a Level 1 qualification in any discipline initially. Support will be provided to the coach to help develop the specifics of acrobatics if required.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with a High Performance Acrobatics Coach (Level 5) with vast experience from across the country.
