Adult
Adult gym session at City of Glasgow Gymnastics Club (Tuesday 8 - 10pm & Sunday 6 - 8pm).
City of Glasgow Gymnastics Club provides the opportunity for participants 16+ to come along and learn or practice skills in a safe and friendly environment. Our adult gym session is every Tuesday and Sunday. The aim of our adult sessions are to allow freedom, individuality and creativity whilst ensuring that each participant is safe. CoGGC coaches are always on hand to provide advice and support throughout the session.
Payment for the adult gym session is on a sessional basis of £8.00 per session.
The class includes a mandatory structured warm up at the beginning of the session and at the end of the session all participants must join in for a cool down and tidy up. During the session participants are free to move between the various apparatus as they so wish depending on availability.
At your first session you will be required to show appropriate evidence of Scottish Gymnastics or British Gymnastics membership before you will be allowed to participate. You must also have appropriate photo id to prove you are at least 16 years old.
