Craig Downie and Mitchell Smith represented Scotland at the 2nd Ciudad de Granada Acrobatic International Competition in Spain in June 2013.
The competition spanned all age ranges and levels and there were representative teams from Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Ireland and of course Scotland in attendance.
Craig and Mitchell competed with style and solid technical ability to clinch gold in all three routines; balance, dynamic and the dynamic final. Their consistent performances were a good indication of why they are continuing to be noticed throughout the acrobatic community.
Other strong performances were from the Belgian Men’s Group and Mixed Pair from Portugal - both showing extremely high level technical skills and exciting choreography.
